𝟲𝟲 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨On average, it takes someone 66 days for a new behaviour to become automatic 😅Of course, this can vary from person to person But it is such an important thing to bear in mind when you're joining a new facility Sure, you want awesome results, but don't you want to maintain them too? Health & fitness NEEDS to become a part of your daily routine And this does not happen overnight It takes time...and that's when it becomes a lifestyle change 😎Need more help and advice? Start with a beginner’s programme - focus on the basic compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press 🏋️.2. Focus on form - to avoid injury and get the most of of your workouts. Start with light weights or even just the air to get comfortable with the movements 🍃3. Gradually increase the weight as you get stronger - small increases of 5-10% at a time can help to avoid risking injury 🏋️4. Prioritise rest and recovery - take rest days, get plenty of sleep and eat a healthy diet to support muscle recovery and growth 🛏️5.
